Dr. Jorge Suarez is a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in advanced endoscopic procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of complex gastrointestinal and pancreaticobiliary diseases. With more than a decade of experience, he provides highly specialized care while maintaining comprehensive expertise in general gastroenterology.

Dr. Suarez performs advanced procedures including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), utilizing cutting-edge techniques to manage pancreatic, biliary, and gastrointestinal disorders. He also provides a full spectrum of general gastroenterology services, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, with a focus on precision, safety, and evidence-based care.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine.

Dr. Suarez further pursued advanced endoscopy fellowship training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he was later appointed Assistant Professor and served as advanced endoscopy faculty, training physicians in complex endoscopic techniques.
